- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am a pensioner before retirement I spent hundreds on glasses at Specsavers I have been customer there for many years ;the staff were always polite and accommodating ;my affordability is not the same Attitude changed as soon As I said I didn’t want the glasses ;the amount had already been put through the till .The assistant that came to sort out the mistake was very abrupt and made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed There needs to be a clear indication of the prices and extras .
